If you want to Charge Your Shipment to a Third-Party:
- Include the FedEx # as the FIRST WORDS "FedEx Acct # XXXXXXXXX" in the Shipping Notes area.
- Call Mail Services at 801-422-3658 and tell them (you will need to include your RTS # and the Fed Ex Acct Number).
- write “Charge to Third-Party FedEx #” below the RTS # on the box or envelope
If your shipment contains DRY ICE, we cannot process your shipment through this website.

If you want a Return Label, after submission please call 801-422-3658 and give us the RTS Number, Name, Address and Phone Number you want listed on the Return Label.
